Captain Kelpie

Another pony D&D NPC. This character is loosely inspired by Captain Murasa from the Touhou game series. Her cutie mark is a wooden ladle.

She is actually a sea pony. In my campaign, seaponies are shapechangers of sorts whose hind halves become finned tails when they are submerged. They also have waterbending abilities similar to how pegasi have weathercraft abilities.
